   Attendez is a business automation company headquartered in Mumbai, India. We offer digital solutions to streamline operational, marketing, and payment processes for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). These services may include automation tools, integrations, CRM setup, chatbot flows, lead generation systems, and online payment facilitation through third-party providers. 2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
   To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. When you register or sign a service agreement with Attendez, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update this information when necessary.
3. Service Usage
   Our automation services are intended solely for business purposes. You agree not to use Attendez’s solutions for any unlawful, unethical, or unauthorized purposes. Misuse, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt service functionality may result in termination of your access. We reserve the right to suspend or limit service at our sole discretion for violations or technical reasons.
4. Payments & Invoicing
   All services provided by Attendez are subject to payment terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Payments are typically collected online via secure payment gateways. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or late fees. No refunds will be provided once a service is delivered unless explicitly agreed upon
5. Data Privacy & Security
   We respect your privacy. Any personal or business data shared with us will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. While we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not liable for breaches beyond our control, including those involving third-party platforms integrated with your systems. You retain ownership of your data, and we act only as a processor unless otherwise stated
6. Third-Party Integrations
   Attendez may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, CRMs, or communication platforms. We do not control these services and are not liable for their performance, data handling, or terms. Your usage of these tools is subject to their individual terms of use and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing these documents before activating any integrations.
7. Limitation of Liability
   Attendez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 90 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind
8. Termination
   You may terminate your service agreement with Attendez at any time by providing written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, violate applicable laws, or fail to make payments. Upon termination, your access to services and data will be revoked after a grace period of 7 business days, during which you may request a data backup if applicable.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
   These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. You agree that any legal claim or dispute will be resolved through amicable discussion before initiating formal legal proceedings
10. Amendments
    We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after any update signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed.
